How to make an order?


Making an order is easy. Simply navigate to the product page and click on the Add to Cart button. Your product will be automatically added to the shopping cart. Sometimes, you are required to choose the variation of the product, for example, a colour or size, before you can add the product to your shopping cart.

Orders must be placed from our website. We do not accept orders from email or text messages.

Take note that any tax or duty charges will be held responsible by you. We will not be responsible for any payment regarding tax or duty charges incurred in your country.

While we accept orders with different shipping and billing address, we have the right to reject your order should we find it suspicious, or we feel that it may lead to a fraud. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the shipping and billing address to be identical. If any case you need to ship to a different address, please contact us and we will be glad to acknowledge your request.



We choose PayPal as our main payment processor as it offers the most secured transaction between the buyer and the seller. With PayPal, you could make payments with your Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard even if you do not have an account with PayPal. However, we strongly advise you that you sign up an account with PayPal.

For Local Customers (Singapore), we accept Bank Transfer. Our Bank Details will be revealed when you check out from the payment gateway. We will only ship your order once we have receive 100% payment.

Any Fees will be incurred by the customer.

We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD).
